A fun, low-impact aerobic and conditioning class to work the heart and tone the body.
Suitable for those who already do some exercise and feel comfortable with simple routines.

Is the new up and coming dance fitness program comprised of cardio respiratory endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility to hit the Dance and Fitness Industry. It is energetic, exciting, exuberant and exhilarating and consistently remains challenging, however is tailored for every type of individual to guide and assist with weight loss.
Fitness Pilates
Mixes pilates based exercise with modern stretch and gentle body conditioning technique, This is a fun, easy to follow session designed to tone your abdominals, strengthen your back, enhance your posture, control your balance and maintain flexibility. There is a happy mix of standing and floor work exercises or chair based for those who cannot make it down on the floor. All abilities/ages and levels catered for Perfect non-impact exercise to get your body moving.
Zumba Fitness
Is a Latin-inspired dance fitness fusion with easy to follow moves and fantastic music to create a one-of-a-kind session that will really blow you and your body away.
Zumba Fitness is the class that is currently taking the World by storm and NOW you can be part of it at THE DEANS!! All abilities/ages and levels catered for. No dance experience necessary.
Body Conditioning
Is a traditional body toning class aimed to challenge your body using your own body weight and hand held weights with the step too. Simple choreography may be used and the class will target those legs, bums and tums which are the ones we all want to tone up. All abilities/ages and levels catered for.
Step And Tone
Does exactly that with gentle aerobic and step move to work your heart and lungs using simple choreography and hand held weights to tone your body. Mat based exercises are used too. Suitable for beginners to exercise /all ages
Super Circuits
Is a high energy class designed to develop your cardiovascular system in a variety of ways. We use different fitness stations such as Step-Ups, Jacks, Sit-Ups, Energy Sprints to get your body puffed and ending with some simple but effective stretching. Hand weights , medicine balls ,skipping ropes ,hula hoops, ladders ,hurdles, steps and fitness balls are used most weeks. This class is a great one for meeting people as we work in groups or pairs most weeks. All Abilities/ages and levels catered for.
Dance Fusion
Is a fun and energetic class to get your body moving and dancing to music. It combines salsa type moves with fitness moves to make it a high energy dance class which can be done at your level of fitness. You will soon be dancing so eat your heart out “Strictly Come Dancingâ€. All Abilities/ages and levels catered for .
Dynamic Yoga
Movements in synchronisation with breath with the main purpose to create awareness of body and mind.
